2. CCP karkur and Team Pony Express - you're our only hope - new Little Things - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Market UI seriously needs some love. I'm being non-specific because the market UI is generally bad and poorly conceived imo.

3. Market UI suggestion - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I just did a test. I typed in a value for 1400mm meta artillery 6 times at 75-100 wpm (it varied). It put numbers out of place in 2 of the 6 instances. This happens more often when Jita is busier. This supports the idea that latency is the culprit...

4. Market UI suggestion - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I still believe CCP has not improved the market UI because they know trading is broken as hell, and the market errors are (virtually) the only significant risks when trading. Wolfgang Jannesen wrote: OP I haven't had trouble buying anythin...

5. Market UI suggestion - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I didn't know there was any forum standard, and in the academic forums I use replies go at the top. So that's what I do. A latency issue I can imagine, assuming that the client is sending each individual keystroke to the server and back. Latency ...

6. Market UI suggestion - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
It is when what I am typing is correct, but the client does not put the number up as I type it. This is literally the definition of fighting with software - it not responding to the user inputs properly. As far as I understand it, this is consider...

7. Market UI suggestion - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
or maybe it's just that I expect the software to input the numbers correctly as I type them? It's not that I can't learn. I double check my input most of the time. It's that I *shouldn't have to* because of bad software, particularly when it's a...

8. 2 weeks and no response to support tickets - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Nothing. I just wasn't sure if 2 weeks was normal. I don't mind waiting, as long as I know what to expect. My petition didn't concern any kind of emergency, so if they're swamped and are dealing with more important issues that's fine. I just wan...

11. Market UI suggestion - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Are you saying the market UI is intentionally bad in order to foster mistakes? I don't think being hyperaware of the faults of the eve market client has anything to do with whether you are a decent player or not. A decent player would be making g...

I submitted a ticket 14 days ago hoping to have an issue I had with the game addressed. I updated the ticket 3 days ago. I still have not received a response. How long should I be waiting?

There is so much bad about it I don't know where to start. Instead of giving a lengthy idea essay, I'll just tell you guys to go check out the software that optionshouse (https://www.optionshouse.com/) uses for market transactions. It's got safeti...
